Permit is located in the kitchen drawer to the left of the sink, and MUST BE RETURNED or you will forfeit your security deposit. Short stays up to June 11 excluding Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day through Oct 23 at $250 per night 2 night minimum; $225 per night for 3 or more nights. CLEANING FEE OF $95 FOR ALL RENTALS.
