Trails End is a tri-level rustic cottage style home on the most private and secluded lot in Birchwood Farms. Features include a loft suite with a king-sized bed and a large, jetted whirlpool tub. The family room on the lower level is just the place to let the kids spend time together with a TV, small library, bedroom with two bunks, and a 3/4 bath. Upstairs, the main living level offers warmth with a lodge-like atmosphere, showcased by the beautiful stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and massive windows with woodland vistas. The look is polished with parquet flooring and natural tongue-and-groove walls. A fully updated and equipped kitchen allows you to prepare home cooked meals, and dining can be indoors, in the screened in porch or the large open deck. A bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath is located on this level. Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and Clubhouse dining. If you would like to use any of Birchwood’s amenities during your stay, you may opt-in to the Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). Payment along with submission of corresponding paperwork must be completed prior to your arrival.
