There is an elevator to each floor for easy access. The top floor has a spacious living area with a large sectional sofa that provides ample seating and panoramic views of the waterway. The dining area with water views serves as an ideal place for meals and family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, a large island, and sufficient space for multiple cooks. One king bedroom suite is located on the top floor with a private bath and door to the water view deck. The other king bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a twin sofa bed and the other with a twin trundle bed. All of the bedrooms have access to the covered waterfront deck. The one king ensuite bathroom has a door to the hallway. The fourth bedroom is an alternate TV room with a sofa/trundle bed (two twin beds). An enclosed outdoor shower is located on the ground level with a wonderful, covered patio area and plenty of relaxing chairs.
