Off of the dining area there is deck access where you can enjoy the sweet Cape Cod air, cook outs on the nice gas grill and there is an outdoor enclosed shower. The living area is nicely furnished with comfortable and tasteful furnishings and decor. There is also a washer / dryer and full bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful full bathroom. The second bedroom has a lovely deck, TV and a queen bed. The third bedroom also has a queen and a twin bed. There is a split A/C wall unit on the first floor that does the whole first floor and a window a/c unit in each of the 3 bedrooms. One well behaved dog would be considered. No Smoking
