Newly renovated 3 bedroom, beach house with in-ground pool, hot tub, 6 person sauna, cabana guest house, large fire pit, kayaks, bikes, and beach equipment. This open plan house features 3 bedrooms, a sleeper couch in the living room, and a pool cabana with a sleeper couch, with potential to sleep 10 guests. We have equipped our home with all the necessities for a beach vacation, so that you don t have to. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, that includes all the basic small appliances; rice cooker, air fryer, slow cooker, bowl mixer, Asian dumpling steamer, lobster pot, Keurig, food processor, blender, insta-pot and more. The house also has bicycles, 2 kayaks, and all the beach equipment, and games you will ever need. For children we have a portable crib, high chair, pack-n-play, jogging stroller, a latch on seat for the table and a mini-tent for sun protection. Spend your days sunning, swimming, exploring the tide pools at low tide, checking out the dolphins as they swim by, or taking a long walk at one of our local beaches. Tour Cape May, with all of it s world class restaurants, wineries, breweries, theaters, nature preserves, and other attractions. Then come home to barbecue, and relax around the pool, or in the hot tub, with a cold drink. The in-ground pool varies in depth from just over 3 feet in the shallow end to 6 1/2 feet in the deep end. It is not a diving pool. Take the 4 minute walk to our beach for world class sunsets, or drop a line in to see what you can catch for dinner. Bring your furry member of the family to enjoy some time at the beach as well. This is a dog friendly home, with access to one of the only dog friendly beaches in the area. Take your "furry child" out for a long walk in the morning on the beach, and again at night for the evening ritual. Dogs are not allowed during the heat of the day on the beach-for their own good. We accept up to 2 house broken dogs under 40 pounds, and provide kennels for when you are out exploring, and the dogs are left alone in the house. We are centrally located in the little hamlet of Villas about a 11 minute drive to downtown Cape May, and a 12 minute drive to the beaches and amusement piers in Wildwood. Drive a few minutes, and you are at the nearby Cape May zoo with it s zip-lines and unique raised platforms for viewing wildlife. If it rains you can relax inside and watch a movie on our full cable package, or Roku, or play one of the many games we have, or work on a jigsaw puzzle, or read a book from our library of thrilling detective, modern fiction, or non-fiction books. You will not lack for things to do.
