Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, hallway, and 2 baths, one with a shower and the other with a shower and tub. A stairway goes to the 3rd floor that has one bedroom with 3 twin beds. The 3 bedrooms on the 2nd fl. have 2 with twin beds and the 3rd with a double bed. The back bedroom has a door to the bath and another door to one bedroom and has no private entrance. Exterior has been freshly painted, and new wallpaper inside. Lovely garden outside. Lawn with clothesline, covered porch with rocking chairs, a driveway that parks 3 cars, and street parking for 2 more. It is 3 blocks from the Broadway beach and 5 blocks from the downtown mall. There is also a market and restaurant 2 blocks away. It has central air conditioning and gentle breezes from all windows. The neighborhood is quiet and stable.
