Friday to Friday rental. Single family home on the bay side in Ship Bottom. Tenants must sign a hot tub addendum. Bring one to four dogs max up to 40 lbs each with owner approval, a signed pet addendum (including proof of vaccines from Vet) and an additional $250 non-refundable fee per dog. A 2nd refrigerator is available in the garage. If the grill is not left clean upon check-out, $25 will be deducted from security. Tenants are responsible for refilling the grill propane tank. 10 Beach badges and 6 beach chairs supplied by owner but not guaranteed. No parties permitted on the property. Hot tub available and tenants must sign the addendum. The hot tub will be serviced twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays. If tenants abuse the hot tub and they need to be drained due to sand or lotions, a charge of $250 will be held from security to cover cost. No parties permitted on the property without written consent from the landlord. No underage rentals permitted (25+) this includes parents signing for their children and not being present during their stay. Beach badges and beach chairs should be left in the property upon check-out for the next tenant. A charge of $50 each will result for any lost badge or chair. The unit should be broom swept before check-out. Cleaning is included in the rates, but excessive cleaning charges will be held from security. Tenants must be out of the property with all of their belongings by 10:00 am to prepare for incoming tenants.
