Bring one to three dogs max up to 40 lbs each with owner approval, a signed pet addendum (including proof of vaccines from Vet) and an additional $250 non-refundable fee per dog plus a $1,000 refundable pet security deposit. A 2nd refrigerator is available in the garage. If the grill is not left clean upon check-out, $25 will be deducted from security. Tenants are responsible for refilling the grill propane tank. 10 Beach badges supplied by owner but not guaranteed. Tenants will need to bring their own pillows, sheets and towels for all rentals.
