Badges are to remain on beach bag provided and will not be replaced if lost. No fee has been charged for this convenience. Owner accepting a pet with an additional $150 non-refundable pet fee. All renters need to post a yellow parking tag that needs to be displayed on their rear view mirror when parking in their assigned spots.
