Brand new bulkhead with brand new 20' dock (winter 2023) will also provide some additional relaxed seating areas for fishing off the dock or simply relaxing during sunset. Bedroom 1 is King bed with ensuite full bath (step in shower); Bedroom 2 has Queen bed; Bedroom 3 has Queen bed + Twin Daybed. A full hall bath (step in shower) and outdoor shower complete the set up. The upstairs loft has a small work desk & monitor if you need to dial in to work, as well as a CordaRoy bean bag chair that unzips to a King size floor mattress (crushed memory foam). The dining room seats 8 comfortably, with a back deck seating area that also seats 8 and a gas grill with side burner. lounge chairs, outdoor bean bags with ottomans, a large L-shape outdoor sofa, and some adirondack chairs at the firepit complete the outdoor setup. Baby equipment upon request before arrival. Tenants must sign a property addendum. 6 Beach badges and 6 beach chairs supplied by owner as a courtesy but not guaranteed. If a badge is lost, $65 will be deducted from security. External security cameras are located around the entire perimeter of the property, pool & dock areas and doorbell camera.
