The house is on the lagoon so bring your toys it is a short ride to the bay in a smaller boat. Relax on the backyard patio by the fire pit and enjoy your stay. Remember it is only a short ride to the beautiful beaches of Long Beach Island. There is an optional security deposit if $70.00 that is non-refundable along with a $500.00 refundable security. However, If this option is not selected then the security will be $3000.00 (refundable) for the term of the lease.
