A 15�x 29� family room with huge stone fireplace and two 8ft.windows overlooking the lake. Covered porch can be accessed from the dining room/ family room. There is a sofa and loveseat grouping in front of the fireplace and TV. Outside there are two picnic tables, fire pit and charcoal grill. Meander down the pathway to the newly built 12 x 25 Trex boat dock with lounge chairs and fun swimming toys. This home is located directly across from Sandpoint and is only minutes to town by boat or car. There is an easy access boat launch about 1 mile from the property.
